Location: 5165 Avalon Blvd, Alpharetta, GA 30009

Part-Time 20-25/hrs per week. Must be able to work 2 weekend days per month.

Overview:

The Style Consultant will serve as a passionate brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable, personalized experiences that embody the Boden values. Build lasting customer relationships and drive sales through elevated, customer-centric interactions.

What You Will Do:

Champion a customer-first mindset by ensuring every customer interaction reflects Boden’s culture, values, and service excellenceCreate memorable shopping experiences through personalized service and a deep understanding of customer needsBuild and nurture customer relationships through consistent follow-up and thoughtful correspondence that drives loyalty and salesUtilize technology and virtual selling tools to connect with clients and showcase the full breadth of Boden productsStay informed and inspired by developing strong product knowledge and keeping up with fashion trends and industry insightsBe a knowledgeable ambassador of the Boden brand – share the Boden story, values, and product details with confidence and authenticityMaintain a polished and professional appearance, behavior, and performance that aligns with Boden’s values and heritageSupport company initiatives related to product launches, customer experience, and sales strategiesEnsure a welcoming store environment by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standardsAssist with stock tasks, including receiving deliveries, processing inventory, restocking the sales floor, and maintaining back-of-house organizationAssist with other related duties as requested

What We Are Looking For:

At least 18 years of age or older2 - 4 years' customer service experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationshipsAbility to operate POS system and handle various payment methodsAbility to work in a goal-driven retail environment with frequent customer interactionStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to effectively multitask in a retail environmentEnthusiastic team player with positive energy and strong commitment to teamworkAbility to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of timeAbility to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 50lbsFrequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and other physical movements required for stocking, organizing, and visual merchandisingManual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to hang and fold garments, attach tags, and operate POS system, as well as perform other tasks requiring fine motor skills and attention to detail
