We’re a locally owned women’s boutique with five locations across Denver. Our mission? Helping women feel confident and chic through timeless fashion, affordable prices, and heart-led service. We’re proud Colorado natives who care about style and community.

You're a natural connector. You’re the kind of woman who remembers names, makes people feel seen, and loves giving style advice (or wants to learn!). You're driven, positive, and believe a great outfit can change someone’s whole day.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Greet every guest with genuine warmth and style confidence
Suggest, sell, and style guests with intention
Build your own clientele and foster long-term customer relationships
Keep the store looking fabulous—tidy, stocked, and styled
Learn the vendors and collections we carry to better serve guests
Collaborate with the team via our store’s Styling Thread
Complete opening/closing responsibilities
Prioritize guest experience over task—even when multitasking
A Few Must-Haves:
√ Retail sales or hospitality experience
√ Strong customer service and communication skills
√ Cash handling familiarity
√ Passion for fashion, people, and growth
√ Ability to stay organized and focused
