Style Advisor – Fashion Retail

Calling all thrifters! We're looking for a dependable, energetic Key Holder to help lead our team! Open and close the store while following company procedures Lead and motivate team members during your shift Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns Assist with tagging clothing and operating the cash register Help merchandise new inventory and maintain visually appealing displays Assist with fitting rooms and customer needs Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked Help achieve sales, productivity, and customer service goals Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention standards are followed 1+ year of retail, customer service, or leadership experience preferred Previous key holder, shift lead, or supervisor experience is a plus Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout your shift Energetic and outgoing
