Job Summary: The Photography Manager will be responsible for managing and executing all photography needs for the in-house photo studio for both TCP and Gymboree. This role will be responsible for all executions of product stills as they relate to both Retail and Ecommerce. They will assist in managing freelance photography support and work closely with the style manager on ecommerce laydown images, homepage and department pages and emails. Maintain studio lighting, video and camera equipment as well as keep up-to-date with latest equipment technology/needs/repairs Partner with IT regarding all computer and software updates and upgrades Learns and executes standard photography operation standards/guidelines and procedures including image naming and sequencing. Ensures studio output exceeds industry standards and expectations.
