## Company presentation Our purpose as a company is to inspire and empower families to lead fulfilled lives–to let our customers know that the things that make their lives better are within their reach. \- Research and synthesize industry trends, competitive conditions, best practices and benchmarks to create insights and inform strategies \- Identify, obtain, and analyze required data to support strategy approach and development \- Help to identify and assess areas of opportunity \- Help identify the tools and design the processes needed to implement new business ideas and concepts \- Build quantitative analysis that is based on data inputs, solid calculations, and reasoned high-level interpretationCROSS-FUNCTIONAL \- Communicate the results of work to partners in a clear and structured way, both verbally and via documentation \- Support the development of engaging presentations \- Support business partners in the curation & communication of pre-read content for the executive committeeSKILL BUILDING AND INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT \- Gain knowledge of the business areas supported so as to add value to projects/portfolio being managed \- Build relationships with internal cross-functional partners \- Strong problem solving and analytical skills \- Highly proficient with applicable technology systems/tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau) \- Work with cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative way \- Comfortable with ambiguity and non-linear process \- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) \- PowerPoint and Google Suite as applicable toolsPREFERRED \- Experience in retail \- Experience in strategy, analytics, large scale process improvement or related role \- Experience with financial analysis
