As a Strategic Partnerships Ops Associate, you will be responsible for executing the day-to-day operations that support our external channels and partners. You will develop, manage, and implement highly efficient processes that will help execute both current and go-forward businesses. You will support the Senior Manager for operations, maintenance, and optimization of our 3rd Party channels, having a direct impact on sales and brand growth while working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial, fast-paced, environment to drive improvement and transform the consumer experience for Lands’ End. Delivers outstanding operational execution Skills Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office. Desire to become an expert in utilization of 3rd Party platforms Strong time management, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
