Stores Department Manager

Are you an experienced and organized Stores Department Manager? Additionally, you should have strong communication and customer service skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to develop relationships with vendors, partners, and customers.If you think you have what it takes to join the H&M team, we look forward to hearing from you!\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nManage daily operations of the stores, including staffing, customer service, sales, inventory management, and merchandising.\n\nDevelop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and performance.\n\nMonitor store budgets and expenses and develop action plans to reduce costs.\n\nMonitor customer satisfaction and implement changes to improve the customer experience.\n\nDevelop relationships with vendors, partners, and customers to ensure best possible service and prices.\n\nAnalyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.\n\nLead and motivate store teams to deliver excellent customer service and improve results.\n\nHire, train, and mentor new staff members.\n\nEnsure stores are compliant with all safety regulations and policies.\n\nWork with the marketing and merchandising teams to plan promotional campaigns and displays.
