Lead a team of visual merchandisers to ensure all displays and layouts are visually appealing and consistent with company standards.
Collaborate with store management to understand business goals and develop visual plans to support them.
Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and incorporate them into displays and window designs.
Train and coach visual merchandising team members on best practices and techniques for creating impactful displays.
Monitor and maintain visual standards throughout the store, making necessary adjustments as needed.
Manage inventory of visual props and supplies and ensure they are utilized effectively.
Work closely with store management to plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays.
Communicate with corporate visual team to provide feedback and suggestions for improving store visuals.
Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
Ensure all visual displays are executed within budget and deadline.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment for the visual team.
Attend relevant training and development sessions to stay updated on company standards and visual merchandising techniques.
Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company's visual standards and values at all times.
