Store Visual Manager

Design and implement visually appealing displays in accordance with H&M brand guidelines.
Stay updated on current fashion trends and incorporate them into store displays.
Lead and manage a team of visual merchandisers, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent execution of visual standards.
Collaborate with various departments, such as buying and marketing, to ensure cohesive and strategic visual presentations.
Train and develop store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
Monitor and maintain visual standards throughout the store, making necessary adjustments and updates as needed.
Communicate regularly with store management and corporate teams to share visual updates and provide feedback on merchandise assortment and placement.
Manage and adhere to visual merchandising budget and expenses.
Conduct regular store visits to assess visual standards and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitors' visual strategies to continuously improve and innovate H&M's visual merchandising approach.
