Job Description

The Thrift Boutique is looking for a hardworking, dependable, and energetic Back of House Team Member to join our growing team. This role is essential to keeping our store organized, clean, and fully stocked with quality merchandise.

As part of our processing team, you will help accept and sort donations, inspect and prepare items for the sales floor, assist with pricing, and support daily backroom operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and donors in a friendly and professional mannerAccept and organize incoming donationsSort clothing and household items by category, quality, and conditionInspect items for stains, damage, odors, and overall qualityClean, prepare, and organize merchandise for the sales floorPrice clothing and other donated items accuratelyMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentAssist team members with daily operational tasks and backroom supportHelp move inventory and merchandise as neededFollow company standards for quality control and organizationRequirements
