Store Support Lead

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by overseeing the store's support functions. We are seeking a driven and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of store operations. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming shopping environment for customers by ensuring all support functions are efficiently and effectively executed. Monitor and adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety measures, to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and team members. Serve as a role model for customer service excellence and coach team members to do the same.
