Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashville, TN. Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to creating a positive in-store experience.Demonstrated Store Management experience, including supervising teams, managing operations, and driving sales in a retail environment.Effective Communication skills, with the ability to provide clear direction, feedback, and support to team members and customers.Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring store activity, safeguarding assets, and following company policies and procedures.Previous retail leadership experience, preferably in specialty or lifestyle brands.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.Proficiency with basic point-of-sale systems and retail software; willingness to learn new tools.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, retail management, or related fields is beneficial.
