Store Sales & Engagement Specialist

Job Summary:

This position typically pays $15 to $20 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, holiday pay, sales incentives, and performance-based raises depending on location and experience.

Roles:

Ensure the store's visual appeal is upheld and assist with the operational tasks required for successful retail store function.- Offering salutations to customers, aiding them in searching for shoes, clothing, and accessories, operating the register, processing payments, restocking shelves, organizing goods, setting up presentations, and preserving store cleanliness.It is essential for you to have a thorough understanding of the products, offer recommendations, and guide customers in choosing the appropriate sizes and designs.Responsibilities include providing customer assistance, operating registers, restocking merchandise, arranging displays, guiding customers in product selection, replenishing inventory, and ensuring store cleanliness and orderliness.Nike requires its staff members to comply with the standards for customer service and the presentation of store merchandise.Benefits:
