Store Sales Associate

The Sales Associate is responsible for playing a critical role by delivering excellent customer service and by having knowledge of the merchandise to achieve excellent customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive and vigilant individual who will remain highly engaged with customers, demonstrate integrity, effective communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic retail setting. Handles all cash, checks and credit cards correctly and by company policy Responsible for assisting Store Manager with Loss Prevention procedures, including preventing shoplifting and cash losses, reporting incidents of theft or dishonesty and following all current operational policies.
