Store Sales Associate Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Sales Associate: • Deliver customer service that meets established brand service standards • Support achievement of individual sales targets and overall store performance goals • Complete checkout transactions accurately while following security procedures • Maintain store appearance, organization, and cleanliness at all times • Assist with inventory handling, receiving shipments, and stockroom organization • Comply with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures • Promote a safe and healthy retail environment for customers and employees • Be available to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours Qualifications and Experience of Store Sales Associate: • Previous experience of one to two years in a retail role focused on customer service • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with team members • Adaptability in a fast paced retail environment • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with office software • Physical capability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds regularly Salary: Compensation ranges from $16.50 to $19.50 per hour, with benefits available based on role classification.
