Store Protection Specialist

As a Store Protection Specialist at Ross Stores, you serve as the primary face of safety and security for our retail location. This role is designed for someone who can balance a high-energy customer service approach with a vigilant command presence. You will spend your shift at the front of the store and on the sales floor, using your interpersonal skills to welcome shoppers while simultaneously identifying and deterring potential theft. • A current and active Security Guard License is preferred for this role. • Model the company brand by adhering to the required dress code, including the professional black attire and issued safety vest.
