STORE PLANNER - Hybrid

Your Role: The Store Planning role is responsible for driving the execution of space, visual, and merchandising strategies for all Victoria’s Secret & Co. Produces ad hoc data analysis of key store information to support decision-making in merchandise buys, assortment tiers, product allocations, Visual Brand Guide development, and marketing/ creative allocations Pulls ad hoc reporting based on requests from partners; continuously provide additional information to educate and guide Collects and summarizes financial data for Productivity Map in partnership with Space Planners Develops innovative ways to streamline work and identify opportunities for efficiency Creates executive summaries and presentations, and presents results with Leadership team Qualifications Your Experience: Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of experience in retail, Store Operations, Space Planning, Merchandise Planning, Allocation and/ or Visual Flexible to travel 3- 6 days a quarter on average Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project a plus Additional Preferred Experience: Refined interpersonal skills, with strength in relationship-building and business influence Proactive problem solver: demonstrated ability to influence decisions made by peers and superiors across functional departments Strong analytical skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment High degree of detail-orientation Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills An equal opportunity employer, we do not discriminate in hiring or terms and conditions of employment because of an individual’s race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, national origin, citizenship, age, disability, sexual orientation, marital status or any other protected category recognized by state, federal or local laws.
