Responsibilities: • Maintain top-notch customer service through adherence to predefined service norms • Connect with visitors in a warm and authentic manner as they arrive • Quickly assess the needs of guests and adjust your approach accordingly • Help individuals by offering insights on product features and assisting in finding suitable solutions • Confirm the accuracy and efficiency of scanning, bagging, and payment processing tasks • Prioritize cleanliness and organization in your work space • Share news about promotions, product releases, and store events with guests • Urge visitors to become members of loyalty programs and to explore the prospect of applying for store-specific credit cards • Support guests in maximizing their usage of digital platforms, such as the store app and internet services • Adhere to store guidelines when processing returns to ensure customer delight • Improve the proficiency in dealing with order pick-ups, drive-up services, and gift registry transactions • Support in resolving guest issues and reducing conflicts while upholding store policies • Guarantee that regulated products follow all federal, state, and local laws as mandated • Assist with overall store operations in line with the business's requirements
