Support in talent talks with the leadership team and provide opportunities for learning through targeted development activities. Contribute to visual merchandising needs on the sales floor. 3+ years of retail supervisory experience preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent knowledge of retail operations, policies, and best practices Proficient with Technology; POS systems and Microsoft Office Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
