Store Operations Supervisor

As a Store Operations Supervisor at Ross Stores, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the heartbeat of our retail environment. In this leadership position, you will act as the Manager on Duty, overseeing day-to-day activities to ensure the store runs seamlessly. Responsibilities: • Act as the primary leader on the sales floor, managing opening and closing procedures and supervising associate workflows. • Coordinate the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor, ensuring all items are properly tagged, sized, and displayed according to company standards. • Lead Loss Prevention efforts by maintaining high visibility, conducting package inspections, and ensuring the integrity of cash handling and credit transactions.
