$14.81-18.85/hour Job Summary: The Store Operations Specialist (SOS) leads and trains teams in performing all freight functions, including unloading, processing, stocking, and resets. Summary of Key Roles & Responsibilities: • Provides customers a positive shopping experience • Performs cashier duties accurately while processing all transactions per policy. • Performs and trains team on store freight processing and merchandising responsibilities • Operates all equipment in a safe manner per directed procedures. • Reliable and trustworthy • Ability to work effectively independently and within a team to perform all tasks as assigned. • Flexible with an ability to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business.
