Store Operations & Sales Support Manager

Job description: The Store Operations & Sales Support Manager is responsible for operational and organizational standards of the store, while supporting a team of professional clothiers. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating logistics of alterations, custom garments and RTW product. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items
• Assist in custom garment order entry
• Maintain thorough knowledge of point of sale and inventory management systems
• Manage incoming and outgoing alterations, custom garments and RTW garments
• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
• Acknowledge customers, help locate product and provide solutions
• Provide remarkable support to our sales team so they can focus on selling
• Maintain Inventory organization and presentation
• Coordinate deliveries of new product and showroom supplies
• Opening/closing procedures of back office and sales floor
• Maintain knowledge of new and old product (know vendor names, styles, colors, etc)
• Execute store transfers, monitor inventory levels and order product and story supply replenishment

Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a retail environment, ideally in an operational
• Highly driven, motivated and organized individual with excellent problem solving skills
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
