Responsibilities: • Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner • Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations • Monitor inventory levels and order new items • Assist in custom garment order entry • Maintain thorough knowledge of point of sale and inventory management systems • Manage incoming and outgoing alterations, custom garments and RTW garments • Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures • Acknowledge customers, help locate product and provide solutions • Provide remarkable support to our sales team so they can focus on selling • Maintain Inventory organization and presentation • Coordinate deliveries of new product and showroom supplies • Opening/closing procedures of back office and sales floor • Maintain knowledge of new and old product (know vendor names, styles, colors, etc) • Execute store transfers, monitor inventory levels and order product and story supply replenishment Requirements: • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a retail environment, ideally in an operational • Highly driven, motivated and organized individual with excellent problem solving skills • Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Pay: From $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
