Job Description:

As a Store Operations Keyholder, you support store leaders by driving sales, coaching teammates, and maintaining high energy throughout each shift. This role is an excellent first step into leadership for those ready to inspire others and make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all team members provide exceptional customer serviceFoster a culture that emphasizes selling techniques and enhances the customer journeyRecognize and reward outstanding performanceCoach, mentor, and support fellow teammatesOversee loss prevention, safety, and audit standards and analyze outcomesMaintain the store in a clean, organized, and fully stocked conditionManage store opening and closing procedures as requiredSupport sales initiatives and help achieve retail and omnichannel KPI targetsLead by example as the on-duty supervisor, demonstrating the brand’s Athlete service standardsProvide detailed knowledge of technical products, including features, performance, and benefitsCollaborate with store management to maintain merchandising and floor layout standardsAnalyze payroll and sales data to assess store performance; adjust staff schedules as necessaryEnhance athlete loyalty through engaging in-store experiences and digital toolsCommunicate effectively with athletes, teammates, and managementPerform Stock Keyholder responsibilities as requiredComplete additional tasks assigned by supervisorsRequirements:

Minimum age of 18 yearsHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least 12 months of experience in retail or customer serviceFluency in the local language; basic English proficiency is a plusFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysKnowledge of store operations, visual merchandising, inventory management, risk assessment, and safety protocolsAbility to apply retail knowledge to problem-solvingAdvanced sales skills and strong understanding of the industryAbility to bend, kneel, reach, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods with or without accommodationsComfortable using or learning technology such as mobile and handheld devicesStrong communication skillsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs / 12 kgs per shift with or without accommodationBenefits & Perks:
