Store Operations Executive

This visible position focuses on maintaining a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff by actively deterring theft, fraud, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The Executive achieves this through a prominent presence at entrances and throughout the sales floor, engaging customers with courteous greetings, monitoring suspicious activity, and working closely with store leadership to minimize overall shortage and protect company assets. • One year of experience in loss prevention or security is preferred. • Partnership and Communication: Collaborate effectively with Store and Loss Prevention Leadership, utilizing internal and external intelligence to impact shortage trends and communicating effectively regarding security matters. • Team Development Support: Participate in educating Associates on shortage reduction and recognizing team members through company programs.
