Performance requirements Store Operations Serves as the primary strategic partner working closely with the business management team to ensure effective planning and implementation of key in-store initiatives. Develops monitors and updates all store operations policies and procedures (SOPs) that affect the stores and their relationships with other departments. Owns the deployment process for all new technology, store execution programs and updated processes while collaborating with appropriate business partners to ensure alignment. Work with IT, field leadership, and other business partners to develop / finalize business requirements – ensuring all elements are as user friendly and efficient as possible.
