Store Operations Coordinator

At L.L.Bean, the outside is inside everything we do, from the products we make to the way we work (and play). In this important role the Store Operations Coordinators primary responsibility is to administer operational programs in all stores. \- Represent stores during meetings and coordinated projects in partnership with other departments (Logistics, Allocations, QA, Finance, HR, Facilities, LP, Fulfillment, and Procurement) \- Own Store Operations content maintenance and development including standard operating procedures, manuals and job aids \- Operational content collection and delivery to support ongoing education initiatives, morning meetings, communication tools, leadership conferences and seasonal manuals \- Owner of the Store Operations support phone line and generic email address. Responsible for the proper delegation of store need, escalation and store follow-up to resolution \- Responsible for web updates of customer facing operational information \- Supports the new store opening organization and logistical support for travel and non-product \- Supports Store Operations initiatives and projects as needed \- Acts as back-up support for Intranet postings and general communications Health and Safety Requirement: Every employee is responsible for contributing to a safe and healthy workplace. \- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changeable environment \- Self-starter; highly motivated and a sense of urgency \- Ability to schedule and prioritize workload effectively \- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office; Excellent PC Skills \- Recent store experience at the lead level or above desired \- Coordinate and work on a multitude of tasks for the department (seasonal projects, special events and meetings).
