Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication abilities and fluency in English.Previous experience in customer service and a supervisory role is preferred.Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and retail software.Capability to perform essential retail math and handle transactions accurately.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift over 25 lbs, and perform routine tasks like bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.Benefits:

Oversee store opening and closing procedures while supervising the associate team to ensure daily goals are met.Act as the Manager on Duty, resolving customer concerns and maintaining a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.Ensure the safety and security of the building, including managing entry/exit points and conducting regular equipment checks.Supervise the front-end operations, managing wait times and coaching associates on Scan and Bag best practices.Manage merchandise processing, from receiving truck deliveries to ensuring floor displays meet company presentation standards.Maintain loss prevention awareness by monitoring the sales floor and safeguarding company assets and confidential data.Support administrative tasks such as payroll reporting, scheduling compliance, and bank deposit procedures.Coordinate the upkeep of fitting rooms and stockrooms to ensure cleanliness and efficient organization.
