STORE OPERATIONS ANALYST

This position is responsible for processing and analyzing operational and customer experience reporting. This position is also expected to make recommendations for improving business operations and processes to ultimate result in operational efficiencies and improved customer experience. Draw conclusions and make recommendations to improve Kohl’s operational efficiencies and customer experience Maintain a working knowledge of information resources and partners Perform ad hoc analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements to management, resulting in operational efficiencies and inform business cases Bachelor’s Degree Analytical, planning and organization skills Advanced knowledge of Excel spreadsheets Experience in operational or financial analysis or other relevant experience Advanced decision-making, leadership or communication skills Retail industry experience preferred
