Job Description of Store Merchandise Associate:

A Store Merchandise Associate plays a key role in ensuring that merchandise is well-presented and accessible in a retail setting. Their primary duties include ensuring customer satisfaction by actively engaging with customers, following customer service principles, and keeping the store tidy. They must also adhere to operational, merchandise, and theft prevention guidelines while potentially being trained to work in various store sections to meet business demands.
