Store Manager – Women’s Fashion Boutique

Our first Florida boutique opens in October 2026 at the Shoppes at Vanderbilt in Naples!
The Role:
We are seeking a hands-on, energetic Store Manager who loves being on the sales floor. In this role, you won't be stuck behind a desk—you will lead by example, drive daily sales, style clients, build long-term relationships, and help develop local community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Floor Leadership (Approx. 70%): Drive personal sales, provide expert wardrobe advice, deliver a warm styling experience, and build natural relationships with clients, neighboring businesses, and local contacts to encourage referrals, boutique visits, and repeat business.
Team Leadership & Performance (Approx. 15%): Supervise, train, and support a small boutique team, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to coach the team and improve results.
Store Operations (Approx. 15%): Support inventory accuracy, visual standards, and daily opening and closing procedures.

What We Offer:

Starting hourly wage: $23.00 – $26.00 / hour, based on directly relevant experience.

Requirements:

Proven retail management or assistant management experience in premium apparel, boutique fashion, or high-touch service environments.
Strong passion for direct selling, customer styling, and clienteling.
Flexible full-time retail availability (including weekends and seasonal peaks).
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
