We are seeking an energetic, fashion-forward, hands-on Store Manager to lead our Boston location. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team that is customer-focused, goal-oriented, and accountable Create a positive, energetic store culture that inspires both employees and customers Drive sales through strong floor leadership, selling behaviors, team coaching, and customer engagement Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards and ensure the store consistently feels fresh, inspiring, and brand-aligned Partner with the Corporate Merchandising team on visual direction, product flow, and inventory execution Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and develop team members while continuously building a strong talent pipeline Manage employee performance through coaching, recognition, documentation, and development conversations Oversee scheduling, payroll, time-off requests, and daily store operations Ensure shipment processing is completed efficiently and accurately with a strong understanding of product turnover and urgency Deliver exceptional customer service and professionally resolve customer concerns Maintain store organization, cleanliness, operational standards, and loss prevention practices Manage store supplies, deposits, bank runs, and opening/closing procedures Serve as the primary leader for store operations and be available to address urgent staffing or operational needs when necessary Additional duties and projects may be assigned based on business needs and are considered part of the Store Manager position.
