Store Manager - Women's Clothing Boutique

We are currently looking for a new full-time store manager in our West Village location. Who You Are What You'll Do Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with customers on the sales floor, styling outfits, resolving issues, updating visuals, managing & training employees, and monitoring loss prevention. Experience in women’s specialty retail is a big plus.A customer focused attitude with a love for styling & building strong customer relationships.A great eye to keep the store looking fresh, fun, & on-brand—think visual merchandising, floor sets, & seasonal resetsStrong organizational skills, reliability, and comfort working in a customer-facing environment.Excellent communication abilities for interacting with customers, coaching team members, and collaborating with company leadership.Ability to work full time (35-40 hours a week) on-site in Dallas, TX, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
