What You’ll Do as Store Manager:

Lead the Way: Inspire your team to meet and exceed sales goals while promoting superior customer service every day.
Build a Dream Team: Hire, coach, and develop an engaged, high-performing team that creates an inviting shopping experience.
Run the Show: Manage daily operations, including buying, merchandising, inventory management, scheduling, and bookkeeping.
Customer First, Always: Set the tone for exceptional service by role-modeling best practices and building customer relationships.
Visual Merchandising Magic: Keep the store looking fresh by managing displays and product placement.
Drive Results: Analyze performance, adjust strategies, and lead your team to hit financial goals and operational targets.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of management and retail experience (fashion retail experience a plus!)
Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to inspire and coach a team to meet sales and service goals
Comfortable with technology and point-of-sale systems
