A Victoria’s Secret & Co Store Manager is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to drive and grow top-line sales at Victoria’s Secret. This role reports to the District Manager. The Store Manager has the primary responsibility of driving top-line sales by leading the sales floor, coaching and development of the team, performance management, and selling.
