A Victoria’s Secret & Co Store Manager is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to drive and grow top-line sales at Victoria’s Secret. The Store Manager has the primary responsibility of driving top-line sales by leading the sales floor, coaching and development of the team, performance management, and selling. It is their responsibility to coach and develop leaders within their area of responsibility by being a content expert in all areas of the store: brand, team and operations. All Store Leadership Team responsibilities include: • Leading and demonstrating company values within the store. • Delivering exceptional customer experiences in the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling and personally selling.
