Ensure the store is effectively staffed by managing the recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, performance management, and development of teammates. Maintain technical knowledge and capabilities to ensure proficiency through the timely completion of all required Monro University training courses and modules. Ability to problem solve, manage inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
