Responsibilities • Create and promote a friendly, professional environment with customers, supervisors, and co-workers. • Maximize store volume in accordance with all store and Company goals, policies, procedures, etc. • Recommend associates for promotion and salary adjustments. • Ability to understand priorities and the sense of urgency of the business, adjusting directions/scheduling when necessary to meet store needs and the demands of the business. Requirements • 3+ years previous store management experience, in a women's apparel specialty store is required.
