We are currently seeking a Passionate Entrepreneur Store Manager for our Sandro/Maje Leased Concession shops located inside of the new Bloomingdale's store in Westfield Valley Fair. Over-arching objectives for this exciting opportunity include: ensuring a successful debut in the Southern Connecticut market, growing year-over-year sales and building a loyal, repeat client base by focusing on: KPI’s, Clientelling, Customer Outreach, Customer experience, Talent Acquisition & Development, Visual Merchandising, and Operations . Possesses strong service orientation Subscribes to our core Company values of: Passion, Entrepreneurship, Creative, Worldly, Humility. Has access to a Talent Network to assist maximum Recruitment & Staffing priorities.
