We help customers feel confident for important moments in their lives.Position SummaryWe’re looking for a motivated, dependable Store Manager to lead daily operations, develop the team, and help grow the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both people and process—someone who can create a strong customer experience, improve store performance, and build better systems behind the scenes.This is not just a keyholder role. The right person will be comfortable managing staff, building sales, improving operations, supporting Shopify and e-commerce processes, helping create training manuals and systems, and contributing to marketing and promotions.ScheduleFull‑time preferred. Retail schedule includes Saturdays, seasonal busy periods, and some evenings as needed.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily store operations and help ensure a smooth, organized customer experienceLead, support, and hold team members accountable in a positive and professional wayCoach employees on sales, customer service, product knowledge, and store expectationsHelp hire, onboard, and train new team membersBuild and improve training materials, process documentation, and store systemsHelp increase sales through strong leadership, follow‑up, merchandising, and team developmentMonitor store presentation, product flow, and overall organizationAssist with customer concerns and resolve issues professionallySupport Shopify‑related tasks, including product organization, order awareness, and general e‑commerce operationsContribute to marketing ideas, promotions, and customer outreach effortsWork closely with ownership to improve performance and support long‑term business goalsStep in where needed to keep the store running smoothly during busy periodsQualificationsPrevious retail management experience preferredStrong leadership skills and confidence in managing peopleProven ability to help build sales and improve team performanceStrong communication, organization, and follow‑throughComfortable creating structure, improving systems, and documenting processesUnderstanding of Shopify and comfort with retail technology preferredInterest or experience in marketing, promotions, or small business growthExperience creating training manuals, SOPs, or employee resources is a strong plusComfortable working in a hands‑on retail environmentKnowledge of menswear, formal wear, or LDS missionary outfitting is a plus, but not requiredWhat We Offer Competitive pay based on experienceEmployee discounts on merchandiseSupportive, family‑oriented work environmentOpportunity to help shape store systems, training, and long‑term growthHands‑on role with real impact on the businessOpportunity to grow with a respected local business#J-18808-Ljbffr
