Store Manager – Retail Operations & Sales

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both people and process—someone who can create a strong customer experience, improve store performance, and build better systems behind the scenes.This is not just a keyholder role. The right person will be comfortable managing staff, building sales, improving operations, supporting Shopify and e-commerce processes, helping create training manuals and systems, and contributing to marketing and promotions.ScheduleFull‑time preferred.
