Store Manager, Retail

Overview We are seeking a full time Store Manager to join our team at a growing, upscale women's consignment boutique. We have a lot of fun styling outfits and running a store full of great clothing and designer handbags! Requirements: - Attention to detail and dependability - Strong customer service skills- greeting customers warmly when they enter the store, and chatting with them while they shop and check out, helping them select clothing and handbags Other Info: • Hours will be weekdays, approximately 9:00am-4:00pm • Must be available to work 1-2 Saturdays per month (9:30-4:30) • On the weeks you work Saturday, you will have off one weekday • We are closed on Sundays Benefits: • One week of paid vacation and paid holidays • Employee discount and first dibs on items • Pay starts at $17.00 per hour, and will increase to $18.00 after the training period is complete
