Plato’s Closet is all about great style, amazing deals, and keeping fashion sustainable. We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused Store Manager who’s ready to lead a team, drive results, and make our store a place people love to shop.
You’ll take ownership of daily operations, build an awesome team culture, and keep the store looking fresh while delivering an incredible customer experience. If you’re a natural leader who loves a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to get hands-on, this could be the perfect fit!
What You’ll Do
Lead the team: Hire, train, motivate, and develop team members while building a positive, high-energy work environment.
Own store performance: Drive sales, track goals, analyze results, and use retail math to make smart business decisions.
Keep inventory on point: Oversee buying, merchandising, inventory levels, and shrink control to keep the right styles on the sales floor.
Create an amazing experience: Deliver standout customer service and help customers find styles they love.
Bring the energy: Execute promotions, keep displays fresh, and create a store environment that keeps customers coming back.
Manage the details: Partner with your District Lead on budgeting, reporting, and other operational priorities.
What We’re Looking For
Leadership experience is a plus, but we’re open to the right person with strong potential.
A team-first mindset and the ability to motivate and develop others.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a knack for problem-solving.
Comfort with numbers, sales goals, and using data to drive results.
A passion for fashion, resale, sustainability, and creating great customer experiences.
The ability to adapt, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
