Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily store operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient retail environment. Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective sales strategies and team motivation. Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales team. Maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring product presentation aligns with brand guidelines. Managing inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stock control. Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager, preferably in a premium or luxury fashion environment. Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve performance targets. Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems. Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
