## Job description The Store Manager role is about leading a customer-focused, sales driven, profitable and productive store location. Individuals who have been most successful in this role have prior apparel retail experience, a four-year college degree, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities At PacSun our Store Managers: \- Attract, inspire, retain and promote top talent \- Are passionate about our customers and our brands, know and understand his/her store in detail and understands the competition in the market \- Understand how stores operate with regard to staffing, payroll, marketing and visual merchandising and meets all execution and compliance goals \- Demonstrate business acumen including (but not limited to) how sales, profitability, inventory, markdowns, etc. affect the larger organization \- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty outlined in our Job Description satisfactorily.
