This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining strong communication between the sales floor and management, and managing inventory needs to support a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Store Operations: Build lasting connections with our regular shoppers to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.Train and coach team members to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Minimum 2 years of retail management or leadership experience, preferably in fashion, boutique, or lifestyle environments.Strong understanding of retail operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily floor management.Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.Keen eye for merchandising, visual presentation, and maintaining brand standards.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and motivate a team.Exceptional customer service and the ability to foster long-term client relationships.Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic reporting tools (experience with Shopify is a plus, but not required).
