Job Overview: The Store Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of store operations, including driving sales, payroll control, visual presentation, and training and development. Together with the Marketing Team, Buying Team, Office Team and CEO, the Store Manager will develop and execute a strategic vision, with a progressive, customer centric-approach all while delivering on sales and profit objectives. Communicate with the Group Store Manager the needs and ongoing initiatives within the store.
