Meet store and e-commerce daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals Maintain and expand client database, concierge/styling service and brand management Maintain communication with company management in buying and operations Maintain corporate aesthetic and brand vision Complete product knowledge of all store and e-commerce products on hand and on order Manage merchandise flow of collections Keeping up with current trends and next season’s trends Manage store appearance and maintenance Maintain inventory control including controlling theft Review new merchandise for familiarity, fit issues and defects Manage store sales team Manage any outside contractors servicing the store Follow daily, weekly, and monthly operating procedures Implement the development and communication of brand and store merchandising, visual presentation, in store marketing, layout, and design Maintain and organize the inventory and deliveries within the Studio Analyze sales results, identify opportunities to increase sales, maximize inventory performance and reduce markdown exposure Handle all ad hoc sales such as trunk shows, event activations, off price line sheets etc. Shopify and Lightspeed knowledge Excel and word document knowledge
