Store Manager, Lynnhaven Mall

As a Store Manager, you will lead the customer and associate experiences in your store. You coach your team to reach their full potential and ensure a welcoming experience for all customers and associates. You'll bring to the role • 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred) • Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates • Strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent • Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills • Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system • Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results • Action-oriented mindset with an ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines
