We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily boutique operations, team performance, and sales results.This position reports directly to the Owner.

At TCTC, Store Managers are responsible for team leadership, performance, and operational execution.. You’re responsible for results, yes — but also for building a team that clients LOVE returning to.

We’re looking for a leader who:

Coaches performance without losing kindness
Creates structure, accountability, and excitement
Has a strong eye for merchandising and brand execution
Understands the importance of sales-driven culture

Responsibilities:

Team performance + training + hiring
Sales growth, KPIs, and boutique success
Client experience and service recovery
Scheduling, labor performance, and store operations
Product standards, cleanliness, and presentation
Responsible for hiring, coaching, discipline, and performance management
Supervises at least two employees
Exercises independent judgment in store operations

Job Requirements:

Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.

Experience in a resale / consignment environment is very much a plus!

Commission: Eligible for incentive or commission compensation in accordance with the company’s incentive plan, which may be modified at the company’s discretion.
Salary Range: $–$ annually (depending on experience and location). This is a full-time, exempt hourly position. Compensation and scheduling comply with applicable wage and hour laws.

Holiday Pay
