Store Manager - Luxury Apparel

You will be the face of the brand, ensuring the highest standards of service, visual merchandising, and staff performance. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in retail management, particularly within the high-end fashion sector, and possesses strong leadership and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed store sales targets through effective sales strategies and team motivation. Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory control, loss prevention, and cash management. Recruit, train, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring all clients receive personalized and outstanding service. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand's aesthetic. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Manage store budget and control expenses effectively. Build strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, with at least 3 years in a luxury or high-end fashion environment. Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and driving business growth. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management. Proficiency in POS systems and retail management software. Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. A passion for fashion and an eye for style. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
This position requires the Store Manager to be present on-site to oversee operations and engage with customers and staff directly. The store is located in the vibrant heart of San Antonio, Texas, US .
