Job Summary Store Manager – Create and promote a friendly, professional environment with customers, supervisors, and co‑workers. Maximize store volume in accordance with all store and company goals, policies, procedures, etc. Recommend associates for promotion and salary adjustments. Ability to understand priorities and the sense of urgency of the business, adjusting directions/scheduling when necessary to meet store needs and the demands of the business. 3+ years previous store management experience in a women's apparel specialty store is required.
